Blueberry Question

Post: # 277867Post sleepyowl »

I have recently planted a blueberry bush variety 'Patriot' I know that cross pollinating helps increasing yields of fruit & I am looking a getting one called 'Bluecrop' has anyone had experience of this combo? Does it work & is it any good?

i had lots of problem's with blueberries the first 2-3 year I got a ok crop then just no blueberries
was talking to one of my suppliers that grows blueberries and was told that you need male and female plants to get a good crop year in year out
but there is no way to sex a plant so the only way is have lot of plants and hope for the best
