Which nut trees?

I'd like to grow nuts but not sure which would grow best in West Yorkshire. Has anyone successfully grown nut trees in the north of England? :sunny:

I remember picking wild hazelnuts and beechnuts in Derbyshire. Can't see why you'd have problems growing any really - we've got hazel and walnut in our garden so if you can't we're doomed! :lol:
