Bike in a Bag

Whilst i have a bike for getting around twon it would be useful to have one I could take on a train, especially into London, thus no longer be reliant on the vagaries of London Transport. The price seems remarkably cheap however, especially when the same supplement is reviewing foldaway bikes priced at between 699 to 1000 quid.
Anybody know if these are any good, or had any experience with them?
