Hey all,
I'm planning to make a batch of apple juice blended with elderberries.
Has anyone made this too? Wondering if it would it be best to make the two separate and blend them together (based on taste) or would it be better to put them in with the apples as I press them?

Hi Casper, I did make some a few years ago, I just threw some elderberries in with the apples when I was pressing, I am not sure about what kind of flavour difference it made, it was not that noticeable, but the juice was a lovely pink colour, especially when it was pasteurised.

Sounds delicious! Would you need a proper apple press to make apple juice or is there a cheats way?
