Not really new here....

... but returning after quite a long hiatus!
Southern hemisphere gardener here, so coming out of the most miserable winter I can remember, and looking for inspiration to get back into the garden.

Hi Magpie, welcome back
Why miserable winter, has it been cold there? - seems like everyone has had mixed-up and unusual weather this year :(
Get out there and clean off some of those weeds, and sow a few seeds. You'll feel better once you've started :flower:

Hi Magpie, welcome home.

Spring is such a fabulous time, my favourite season, full of so many possibilities. I like to browse the seed catalogues, even though we've probably already got what we need - it's something to do with the pictures of things to come, all in one handy little brochure, I think.

Then get out, tidy up and get sowing.

Yep, long, cold, wet winter. It is supposed to get to a high of 11 today, which will feel quite warm...
