Hello from sunny Bournemouth

Post: # 265725Post fatboylard »

Greetings all,

I'm Sam, recently emigrated to East Dorset from round Manchester way. Been drawn to the idea of (at least part) self-sufficiency for longer than I can remember. My particular interests are in foraging, growing and brewing beer, plus anything that can save me from buying overpriced and poor quality crap that comes from the supermarkets...

Cheers!

Welcome Fatboylard, You are in good company here with your stated intentions. Who knows you may refine your needs as you go along. As I did.

Thanks for the welcome guys! I will indeed be refining my skills in part from the shared knowledge and experience of you all (I'm already getting ideas for next year's container crop). Hopefully soon I'll have a few good foraging spots pinned down as well

Cheers guys,
Sam
