Percevere, Jed, though not with killing the plants, but trying to grow them. Maybe you try too hard? I find my plants thrive on moderate neglect, and when I pamper them the spoilt brats just shrivel on me. No one is born with skills and knowledge. You can aquire both with time. Good luck

Hi jed

Would not worry about it. Keeping houseplants and growing vegetables are two very different types of gardening. Houseplants have not evoloved to grow best indoors, but vegetables are often given the right conditions to start off with. All they need is water, sun and some nutrients, they wnat to grow.

Good luck and keep asking away when you need to mate.
