Maize Flour

Can anyone give me any ideas as what to do with the flour that I am left with, after putting the whole grains though my old machine for cracking whole maize down for chicken feed. After making 4 dustbins full of cracked corn I am left with a couple of buckets full of flour which is normally composted, and to my mind a waste. I am thinking along the lines of making it into a form of biscuit which will not be affect by the damp and breaking down to a gooey mess when in the feeders out in the Garden. Grateful for any ideas or recipes
