This site reproduces out-of-copyright cookbooks. Mostly from the 1800s and early 1900s there are lots of old-fashioned, frugal ideas in them.

I use recipes from Whistler's Mother's Cookbook - some reproduced in her own hand. The jams are particularily good. Also contains some family history of the Whistlers - interesting. :thumbleft:
