Harvest of four Russet Burbank potatoes produced 9.5 pounds total, averaging 2.4 pounds per plant. Weight of the four plants was 1.10,1.14, 2.8, 3.8. The number after the decimal is ounces. These are good storage potatoes. Total potatoes for Winter is 70 pounds.
