Me my wife and our daughter watched it and it was a real pleasure to see those people change there ways from eating ready meals.


One thing that program made me think about was e numbers does anyone know where i can get a list telling me what the individual e numbers stand for?

As we are soon moving house to a council house i am very much looking forward to starting my veg garden as well as growing veg i wouldlike to keep some hens so we can have fresh free range organic eggs. I joined the armed forces when i was 16(im now 28)so all my grown up life i have lived in housing...

Maybe you could paint the flat roof black so it absorbed more heat from the sun during the day.
This would help keep the room at a higher temperature for longer.

raised beds might be a good idea to use.

if you google raised beds there are a fair few sites with pictures and explanations.


i would have thought one of the biggest problems with growing food at the front would be certain passers by stealing it or people just vandalising it.

eco balls

I had a look for these on ebay and found most of them need some type of pellets replacing in them after so long.

Where have other people bought them from and are they all supposed to use pellets inside?
