Not that often doofa!And when I do,I don't spend a lot! ;) I hadn't even considered cutting off those little hangy ribbon things before so I had a lot of older clothing that still had them on!lol

I have also read about using local honey.Find your local bee keeper and purchase the honey from them.I think from memory you take 1 tablespoon a day,obviously you can use this anyway way you want,just as,or in drinks,over porridge,on toast etc.It builds up immunity.
