Yes the plan is to have as main home. I have seen the earth ships etc i had not thought about recycled glass insulation so I can look at that.

I never put holes in maybe just some sand/gravel in the bottom so they need less water - everything does okay.

A bit similar but buying whole chickens some come with the liver and giblets in a small bag. I just freeze the liver until I have enough for a pate.

I hold my sheet music on music stand with spring type pegs - just looking now I have 7 pegs holding various songs up.

I had looked just generally at wood burners and the install costs seem way over the top. How have you got on but I guess it maybe depends on what material the roof is made from as opposed to cutting the brick or perhaps removing bricks and sealing up the gap between the flue and wall.
