Nigella has a lovely leek and cheese risotto that i make quite often. tis the only way i'll eat leeks at the moment....still new to them.

without a doubt.....butter. why?.....its a natural product. i'd rather have a small amount of butter than regualr amounts of marg, which is vile in my opinion :pukeright: !! i also believe anything that manmade cant be good for you....all those chemicals in it to keep it on the shelf til we use it.....

40C.......I only coped with the heat at my sisters on the Gold Coast by jumping in the pool or turning on the aircon(very uneco i know!). i saw there was a bit of a heat wave down south...Adelaide was have 40C days as i was leaving 2 wks ago!.

not sure if i can be much help...... can you buy night store heaters over here?. in nz we have night stores that charge up at night on the cheap rate and discharge their heat during the day without taking on more electricity(thats my understanding anyway).....think they have ceramic tiles in them th...

thanks for those replies....i think the idea of watching him is best.....i'll pass on whats been said.
i reckon hes gungho, heavy handed, wants it over quick etc, rather than enjoying it all. he does it with his 3yr daughter so i reckon theres some clues in that also!.
