Tree tomatoes are called tamarillo I think, I've got 2 seeds that I'm gonna try in spring! Tamatillo's are good for making chutney.
PS I still don't like tomitillo's tried a few recipies not for me!!!! Not growing them again! YUCK

We had a glut of plum tomatoes, bagged them up and put em in the freezer! from frozen the skins come off easy!

Rio Grande plums are good, got a huge harvest and made loads of jars to see us through the winter! really easy to skin too. Got some spare seeds if you want them.

Im sadly coming to the end of my tomatoes in Spain!! (the worst bit about gardening pulling up spent plants) been picking from May though shouldnt complain!!! I'm now looking at what varieties to grow next year so here's the question:

Any cucumber relish recipies?

Hi all,
Got a glut of cucumbers, anyone out there got any tried and tested preserve recipies? I'm fond the sweet relish but any preserve recipies would do! The variety I'm growing is markemore.
