swiss chard look great if if get the one with different colour stems and get very good crop to

runner beans always lots of bright red flowers ,

natstiums great flowers and both flowers and leaf great in salads

I suffer a lot from both intolerances and allergies , but food dairy is the way to go , or just cut one type of food out of your diet for 5 days than eat it again bad reaction than you know you got a problem with it , than on to the next type of food , good luck it dose get better when you know what...

I dry all my excess herbs though the summer and make them into teas though the winter
and excess fruit just get dry then soaked in water and just in any fruit recipe
you can use any of the dry fruits in cakes and muffins

had a good day foraging yesterday so now got
more nettle beer
Alexandra beer on the go
plum blossom , nettle, Alexandra, gorse wine all started

fig leaf wine don't know if it will work could not find a recipe so made it up been using fig leaf to flavour ice cream and desserts in work for a while now and the flavour is great so thought I give it a go it can sit next to the mulberry leaf wine which I made up as I was going along to :iconbiggr...
