I had a little taster of this the other night and i am very pleased it has turned out just like the lemon hooch you can get in cans at the pub. Cherry/apple cider

4lts juice from polish section in supermarket
1tsp yeast
1 cup of strong tea


all bubbling away very nicely and smells really nice

still bubbling away nicely and has a lovely lemon aroma everytime i walk thru the utility room can't wait for this to finish when i'm going to bottle and prime for a refreshing summer drink

Lemon Hooch

my attemp at recreating this 1.5 lts of supermarket double lemon strengh squash(boiled for 25 mins to remove the nasties) 3 chopped lemons added to the boiling mix plus 500grm sugar yeast and nutrient bubbling away nicely now will let you know results :drunken: :drunken: :cheers: :cheers: :drunken: ...

cucumbers and gherkins are sprouted and i've just noticed first tom is coming through
many thx to nieghbours for saving supermarket biscuit tubs (clear plastic ones they sell fresh baked stuff in)they make fantastic propergators on the window sill over the radiator
