Re: How to make sour cream

Sour cream as a pasta sauce or on your yummy veggies to make them even more yummy is great.

Especially leeks.

Just use the slightly thicker cream.

Re: How to make sour cream

It's just cream with lemon juice!

If you want to cook with it don't use single cream.

I wouldn't advise ever using vinegar with cream  It'll curdle!!!

Lambs - steep learning curve

Looking to have lawn mowers and for the table. We will have 3/4 of an acre which we will divide up and rotate sheep and chickens on. We also have grazing and rights of way onto the moors straight from the land. I'm thinking maybe three lambs one to fatten for the table, other two we'll put to a bor...

Re: New - also in Devon!

Thanks Further down the line we will be looking at ways to give back to the grid!! Solar and wind power. We should have no trouble with wind due to being on the edge of Dartmoor but need to look into the planning permission. Although a hose about a mile away (by the crow or dog walking!!) has a ver...

I use a mixture of whatever bread flour I have in the cupboard, never more than 50% of the heaviest type e.g....
