Polish 'country' planning laws are WONDERFUL. Each region of Poland has an area (say 10ha) above which you automatically get planning permission to build a house and barns etc to farm or manage the land. Hi, I don't think you are mad but... If you plan on offering advertising you need a channel that has some traffic in it.
