Another great dye is tumeric. Hot water and some vinegar ad the tumeric and the fleece heat through and then leave to go completely cold.

Caught the last one about dieting. So girls here's the tips: 1. Eat lots of healthy soup - fills you longer than eating solid food and water. 2. Eats planty of low fat dairy as this will increase the amount of fats that leaves your body. I'm sure there was more, but I've already forgotten it. :oops:
