I have just put 40 pints of Czech pilsner in the keg to mature for 3 to 4 weeks
and I have to more gallons of fruit juice wine fermenting away this will turn out like a rose.

Just made two gallons of nettle wine.
I will ferment it all in the FV for ten day then strain it and add to the DJ's and leave to fully ferment out, it's looking very good.
