Some of the flowers have gone brown and are sort of dying, but I'm still getting tomatoes growing from them. However, the toms growing from the dead looking flowers s...

Re: Today's Garden Acivity.
Ooooh! Sounds wonderful! I'm new to growing food so all I have been growing so far is hanging toms. I have 4 baskets full of flowers at the mo with about 6 tiny green tomatoes lurking among the leaves. I really have the bug now for growing stuff and can't wait until I can write a post like this one ...

Re: First not going to school day
First of all, congratulations! I think it's wonderful that you are doing this! My first thoughts about the bullies, clowns, trouble makers or simply blending into the background to avoid being picked on (as you mentioned) might come across as pretty negative, and make the parents you talk to feel ve...

Re: Homeschooling aswell as going to school question
Thankyou for the ideas of the little games I can play with him when reading with him Julie. It's easy to forget the little useful things that help them learn when you have 5 kids at various stages.
And thankyou so much for your kind words at the end. It means a lot!
