many many years ago i made it from tinned prunes
i did,nt like it but that was the morning after effect of running to the loo lol

2lts of orange juice
1lt of white grape
1kg sugar
1 cup of strong tea
yeast
be warned do not top up with water until after the intial ferment has calmed down
this makes a white wine that is drinkable in about 4 weeks

Just bottled and tasted my first ever dandelion wine and i wish i had made a lot more than one gallon
I would recommend this one as a good brew and cost hardly anything to make

yes i topped to 1 gallon after intial rapid fermentation
i would also cut the sugar down by half in the next one i make it was a little to strong lol

The metal shed is now rebuilt, i did have to make a new base for it out of recycled timber as the metal base it came with crumbled in my hands but all in all a very decent shed for my kids bikes and a few beach things
