The thing about peak oil is that it has been so carefully managed by the oil companies that many of the western world is oblivious to the fact that it happened. Do you have to have both of the discs actually removed, or just have a discectomy done (which is where they take the part of the disc off that is bulging onto the nerves - this is what I had done twice). Mandy, it's/was twelve days to chrstmas how can that be early, we just held a sustainable christmas evening and one thing we and all the guest seem to agree on was that to be sustainable Christmas cannot be left to the last minute but spread throughout the year. I'd convert the piggery into the greenhouse and turn the caravan into a playhouse for the kids, an escape room for yourself of a shed for OH.
