We had one of out 12 shoot up a flower, I didn't even notice until it was way too late but the upshot of it is that it created another 6 baby ones that we planted and are nor going great guns ;)

Currently training to be a plumber, which is a bit of a time waste tbh.. It's never wasted if you learn a skill and it's nice to have a career you can fall back on if your chosen path in life comes to a dead end, I started out as a Mechanic and then progressed onto Computers but I carry in my head ...

Don't tell any major porkies. I've been told by many a college tutor that when constructing a CV you should always 'bend' the truth to suit the job ;) but never to make something up as you will probably get found out and lose your job at a later date for not being 'honest'. A few people on the brewing forums I frequent use milk to stick the bottle labels onto their bottles, it comes off in warm water easier than any glue and holds the labels on firmly enough for most of them.

Chocolate stout hmmmm, does it have cocoa in? The ingredients on the tin say "Natural Chocolate Flavours" which I read to mean they used Extract of Cocoa which is quite expensive and you need to get it from a proper catering company. An alternative is to steep some ' Chocolate Malt ' spec...

Did your bottle have any sediment?

If it did then next time you bottle use proper hollow champagne corks and store the bottle neck down so that the sediment forms in the cork which when compacted over time stays in the cork ;)
