I got my self a bike and now cycle every where been at it about 3 weeks and there is a big change in my shape, i am not reddy to get on the scail yet, best thing is people are comenting on how well i look.

I love my 12 tats, none of wich are visible when wereing a sumer dress, i decided to keep them just for me and maybe someone speshal. :hugish:

Being skint myself i would get the cheeper ones and give them a good feed of muck and in about two months a good feed of potash, then it is upto them to get on with it.

I have to admit that green dating was a suprise to me too, i would never have thought of looking for it but a friend found it for me, not much good though. I do like the idea of going on a corse but they are sooooooo expencive i dont think i could aford it, beside, if i get stuck with anything there...
